I did that a couple of days ago.

Ted_2.14 has been on the BL2 site for a couple of weeks.

I haven't decided which browser is best (input is welcome
from BL2 users of links2, Opera, dillo, BrowseX, etc.).
When I find the best browser, I will provide detailed
instructions for installation. I am currently running
Skipstone (it was a very complicated installation, but
I may be able to find an easier way).
