Once I have the transcriptions translation will be easy. I plan to do it in semi-automated fashion.

No, I haven't. I don't know of any such books; everything seems to focus either on biblical
or non-biblical documents, virtually nothing on both. The goal of my book was text-critical,
and was intended to fill a gap by indexing biblical references in non-biblical documents as
well as the purely biblical ones. Garcia Martinez' two-volume study edition of the non-
biblical scrolls would be a good start for names and content, but I don't know of anything
currently available for the biblical scrolls. Everybody wants to do translations, not
transcriptions.

What I would be interested in at the moment would be a complete
listing of MSS both biblical and non biblical. Some sort of
catalogue
that logs the name, content and location of each and every MSS. This
would be a very useful starting point for building an online
database
of digital MSS. Have you written any books like that?
