Hi Fred,

Have you checked Libronix/Logos offer? Logos is a
powerful biblical tools including DSS texts both in hebrew and
translated (english) texts. The price is a bit reasonable. I want to
correct the above post, the last version of Accordance is compatible
with PC (windows not only MAC) using an emulator called basilik.
