No, I haven't. I don't know of any such books; everything seems to focus
either on biblical
or non-biblical documents, virtually nothing on both. The goal of my book
was text-critical,
and was intended to fill a gap by indexing biblical references in
non-biblical documents as
well as the purely biblical ones. Garcia Martinez' two-volume study edition
of the non-
biblical scrolls would be a good start for names and content, but I don't
know of anything
currently available for the biblical scrolls. Everybody wants to do
translations, not
transcriptions.
