Testing working with 16-bit PCMCIA cards:

CF adaptor (ide-cs) as hde1 (ATA-IDE device)
non-Win-non-56Kflex modem (serial_cs)
non-Cardbus ethernet card (pcnet_cs)

Don't all of those work with the default BL3 kernel?
My CF adaptor, modem and ethernet cards work perfectly.

Mine do too, but USB-storage does not. The kernel I posted is 2.4.31 and also supports USB-storage, tested with Smartmedia card reader and a memory stick. It does not seem to work with Cardbus due to a bug that keeps it from recognizing the card.

Cheers,
Steven
