Yes, exactly as written above. The printer made a few noises and then the paper light started blinking.

What does the -d mean? Why would I want dos2unix to print a linux file?

I can print on a one-parport system with wp (or if I rename my file /tmp/document and use wp on it).

Have you tried printing in linux on a system with two parports?
