Only if PCDOS 3.3 doesn't work on all hardware.

I won't be doing that, but you are very welcome to hunt for
a copy of BL 2.0 and use the make_fd.bat from that.

The higher density on the floppy makes it much more difficult
to make the floppy on one drive and then successfully boot it
on another.

It is done with DOS batch files. I suggest you rename autoexec.bat
on the first floppy (to stop it from autoexecuting) and then do each
step from the commandline to see what happens.
