There would be one spell, it would contain all the current archspecs
and any new ones. The old sorcery archspecs would stay in place, sorcery
would however choose the spell's archspecs over its own if two had the
same name.

The spell should be part of basesystem at some point so that people can
get those archspecs, once its reasonably ubiquitous sorcery could phase
out its archspecs down to a minimal subset.
