It is unpacked normaly just before PRE_BUILD. Summon simply downloads
the source. Your point one has two questions...
1.1) No
1.2) Yes
2) well... if 1 is false... hmm ;)
Wrappers might be a good thing to add in for those two. Then we wouldn't
need to check for the binaries in the unpack code.
