7 generations? Do the numbers. 16'X32' 1 1/2 story dwelling with concrete
floor and walls is not all that much masonry a small single family dwelling
that is more than adequate space wise and could last almost
maintenance-free, for hundreds of years. How long do stone houses last?
Free onsite materials,
no transportation, manual labor. Make your own mortar.

Two other options exist:

Instead of using rigid or spray foam insulation, except for the roof,
insulating lightweight waterproof masonry block, autoclaved aerated
concrete, can be used, products like Hebel, Aircrete or Suncrete..

Build with stone including flat flagstone flooring. Insulate with
autoclaved aerated concrete.
Autoclaved aerated concrete
