Once again, to echo what someone posted earlier, I think that there may be a
mix up going on in this discussion between "pawpaw" and "papaya" (which some
people also call pawpaw). I have also frequently nibbled on PAPAYA seeds to
avert parasitic problems (also makes a very nice pepper when dried and
ground, kind of horseradish-like), but I have heard that PAWPAW seeds are
actually quite rough (slightly toxic) on the system when taken internally.
