I meant for HP here to mean humn power. The amount of work done per unit of

would not equal that of a mule. With lighter weight components, refined
roller fabrication
and possibly a longer lever (supported by a bicycle or 3 wheeled pedal
powered cart rolling on a hard track)
and efficient gearing a HP machine could do the same work as a MP one.
