Nolo Bait has to be spread evenly onto wet foliage while the hoppers are
very small. They won't go after the 'bait' (so it's not really bait?), it
has to be on leaves that they will just natually eat. Then it affects their
appetite and they fairly slowly starve but don't do a lot of eating while
they're doing it.
Taste like shrimp, huh?
