Wow man, dig those crazy quote characters. Are you using a Mac?

I would be the administrator of the issue tracker.
An "issue tracker" is software which we will use to track "issues." It's
a sort of database in its own right.
One main type of issue we would track is bugs in the software that we find
as we develop and test it.
People who find bugs enter them into the issue tracker and then they go
through a process of being handed off to the appropriate person, being
fixed by that person (or handed off again, depending), and having the fix
verified by a tester and the issue (bug) "closed."
I say "issue tracker" rather than just "bug tracker" because we can also
use such a system to track stuff besides bugs, such as feature requests,
community input on various aspects of the project, and maybe even
milestones...in some ways anyhow.

Good point...considering all the witty and clever and just plain strange
yet somehow fun names that have been thought up for a whole lot of open
source projects. I mean...GIMP? GNU? Zope? Smarty? TikiWiki?
Mozilla? Finger, gopher, archie, all those old-timey net utilities...it's
been done for decades...

And, I don't have anything witty and clever popping into my mind at the
moment for our project.
