Oikos Tree Crops in lower Michigan may have what you are looking for as far as pecans.  Here is the address for their pecan and hickory varieties.
 
 
Send them an email if anything they have interests you.  They don't offer the pecan seeds for sale but they may be able to work with you on a few.

Does anyone have or know who might have some pecan seeds whose origin is in Southern WI, or Northern Illinois, northern Iowa, Southern MN, Northern NE, any site with a similar growing season as Southern WI?
