You might ask some of the specialist nurseries if they know of sources.
In Niagara, Ernie Grimo and Douglas Campbell were involved in the
northern pecan project, seeking out the northernmost wild trees for seed sources.
Grimo's are quite good at identifying northern adaptations of their
cultivars.

NNGA and state nut grower societies might be helpful at identifying
sources of seed.

There might be some information on the Society of Ontario Nut Growers'
website.

Does anyone have or know who might have some pecan seeds whose origin is in Southern WI, or Northern Illinois, northern Iowa, Southern MN, Northern NE, any site with a similar growing season as Southern WI?
Thanks!
