The very
vigorous, USDA-developed cultivar Glenndale also does well in more
southerly climes. The quality of the ripe fruit, however, does not match
some of these other cultivars. It grows like gangbusters here in St. Paul,
Minn. (USDA hardiness zone 4b). -- Sam Brungardt
