My sole experience is with Pixwell - and, in my opinion, they are best while
still green - or just as they begin to soften, and a few begin to turn
red/purple.
When the color change starts, I'll usually pick all of them - as Tom
indicated, if you let them color completely, and become soft, I don't find
them very appealing.
I'm trying to recall exactly when mine used to ripen - seems like they were
after the blueberries finished up, so you may still have at least a couple of
weeks(or longer) before yours are ready to pick.
