Five minutes of hail shredded my tree crops. Apricots faired best of all tree fruits. Apples and pears less well. Pear leaves had 3/8" (10mm) diameter holes punched through them. Hail was pushed by 60mph (100kph) wind gusts. Makes me glad that my paycheck does not depend on my crop.
It is grand to live in the mid-West.
