LOL! Not with those specific objects, no. But she does teach that often you can plan when to time your departure from the wreck in progress for a safer landing area, and where (and how) to land, which would include a strategy to pitch anything in hand away from where you would land. ;)

learning how to fall off your horse what a hoot.

Our trainer of almost 20 years, who has been instructing, training and
competing at the World level for about 40 years, starts beginner riding
lessons with "how to fall safely" from a horse. Yes, it works. ;)
