We had decent luck with using google forms.
Its definitely not fancy, but what is nice is that you can either have a form in an email with a list of choices and people can select from that or you can have a link that takes them to a web based form and they can select from that. You can also include a note with each email.
The end result is a spreadsheet with their selections. I just built each weeks form from the previous one, adding and deleting crops as that occurred.
Downside is that, at least the way that I did it, the selections for a crop were in one cell= easy to break out with a macro, but I just looked at it and picked them out.
Regards,
Mike

I don't know if you are just wanting to tell your customers what you have available, or if you are taking their orders from these lists, but I would suggest www.locallygrown.net
We have been running our online market through them for 3 years now and I am very happy with it. No cost up-front, which is nice. They charge 3% of total sales, if you have your customer order through this.It would take time to set up each product/crop but after you did that one time it is saved.I know there are other programs out there, I just thought I would share what might work for you if I understood your question.Jay

I am wondering what types of forms, programs, systems people use for availability list. I want something that is easy to change from week to week without taking a lot of time. I have been thinking about something for excel, but not sure it is the best to use. Plus I like to send it out with a little note, previously I have just been using a word document, cutting a pasting. Please tell me someone has a better way?
Thanks,
Don

For those of you with longer seasons or hoop houses, just discovered how delicious the YOUNG flower stems are that culantro sends in such abundance. Cilantro flavored crispy crunchy. Could be new gourmet item. Can grow in part shade.
Best wishes to all,
