Those would work, thanks for the link. 


We're going to have to trial several seed sources for one restaurant.  A new food trend is Calabrian peppers; they're the one of the 'hot' trendy foods this year. They are also a type of pepperoncini. Apparently across Italy, different regions have their own variety of pepperoncinis.
