Gee, I haven’t been following this thread very closely, but this video is really interesting to me.  It just shows a modern re-manufacture of the old “fan-mills” all farmers around here used to have.  I happen to own one of these old classics which I found by putting a want ad in the “Farm Bureau Spokesman”.  The old guy who sold it to me said his father bought it back in the 1930s.  I paid him $75.  It has sieves for 4 different sizes of grain.  I use it to clean stuff like arugula and cilantro seeds.
