There's an increasing interest in growing grains in Maine and Vermont. I learned of it a couple of days ago. It's the Northern New England Local Bread Wheat Project.  There might be something on the website that's helpful.

There has been a grain growing workshop in Jacksonville, ME for the past two years. It was held in late July. If anyone is interested in this please let me know and I'll find out if it's going to be held again this year.

We are getting some members interested in getting small grains a
couple times a year but it turns out that no one knows what they
want!?!

Is anyone here growing grain? For bread mostly, I assume. Is there
anything we can start in the spring that will be good for bread?

Thanks

-Allan
