CaseIH was bought by Fiat who also owns the New Holland line of tractors.  NH are the small ones and CaseIH are the big ones.

I quit reading spader when I got to the sandy soil part.
 
Pricing sounds like the Fendt guy:" Imported for those who respect the quality over JD, at only slightly more cost!"
 
Went (internet) hunting new "row crop" tractors this week, It seem times have changed, CaseIH starts them at 150 hp,
 
and MF starts at 200.
