Mine get to about 3 feet high. I don't know how to answer the quantity produced other than I had about 50 last year and I was eventually selling about 1 dry pint container per plant each week.
 
They will sprawl wide. Mine spread to about 3-4 ft. They are open bushes if you leave them alone.
