what we've found with things like pallets is that the solid areas do restrict the drainage of containers.
I took a look at the 'plaster lathe' at Lowe's today and the stuff I saw has an 'edge' on it that could cut the inattentive's fingers like a vegematic.
I'm afraid that the furring table, at least one based on 3 inch furring, would also inhibit drainage of many containers.
I'd like to hear that these 'assumptions' are not true from those with the experience with these designs.
