and state) already love our herbal soap!

I am in South Carolina, and I only had to get approval from my county Dept.
Health. I did have to provide them with plans, but since he came out to see
it
before I started (since it was an existing kitchen), the plans were just a
formality. Sounds very much like what you are saying, but I can't stress
enough
be-friending your inspector - made my life much easier. Good luck to you!
