We use 'wiggle wire channel lock'. We tack down the corners once the
poly is over then stretch the poly starting in the middle of the house
working towards the ends. This is not so important with double layer
inflated but crucial with single layer.

I have a 30x100 house with a single layer of the low-end Klerks on it. It's stretched very tightly, and yet, when the wind blows, you see the plastic flapping up and down. (single layer/no inflation) I checked with the man who sold us the frame kit and he told us that the flapping was irrelevant, that the plastic would last as long flapping as not flapping. I've seen Steve More with a single layer house use tie-down straps to stop flapping. I asked my man about doing that. He said 'if it makes you feel better.' I haven't done it. THe plastic still 'flutters' big time when the 20 mph winds come.

I've decided to see if Klerks has a tech doc that will explain 'how tight tight is.' on covering a house. In the meantime, I wanted to put that question to the group: will the plastic beat itself to pieces eventually or is it true that it's only my nerves that will fray?

Thanks _Allan
