"different", etc).  I'm only interested in getting enough money to make
this venture sustainable, so my prices won't be as high as what you'd
usually see at farmers' market.  I don't care what price people are
"willing" to pay.

Matt  --  If you do price your hard-worked-for produce cheaply, remember that many people still do believe in the old saying "You get what you pay for."  The only time we lower a price on something is when it is a 'second' (cosmetically challenged).
