You can order from Wendy - she has great products - soaps, creams, etc.

Where could one get Bay Rum soap? I am VERY allergic to poison ivy. I
watch out for it like a hawk - it only gets me when it's still winter
and the leaves aren't out yet.

Maybe I was sweating enough to flush it out of my skin.

That's one possibility, tho it seems we get it worse if we're sweating.
Medically speaking, if you wash it off quick enough it won't get you.
Poison ivy is a topical allergen and if it doesn't remain on the skin
for long, you won't break out - or at least not as bad.  My advice would
be to thoroughly scrub with a good (natural) soap immediately after
exposure.  If I've been working around brush where I know there's ivy, I
get back to the house and do a good surgical scrub - to the shoulder -
ASAP.  I use Bay Rum soap because that's what I was taught.
