It's a good question.
You 'simply' have to sort the people who want to give a realistic go of it
from those who want to be employees.
Honestly, I wouldn't do it if I didn't have a legal hold on the
property
In other words, do you want a business partner or do you want an
employee?
Either way, you have to give a stake for them to give more than just a day
of wages. And what can you offer if you aren't willing to share the value
of the land?
Interesting that you have posed this question. I think others, like
me, have considered something similar.
