Beth,

I am close to having the same problem down here in Virginia. I think there were 3 sunny days in May. Fortunately our garlic is starting to produce scape, we can pull some of the onions as scallions, our pac choi is fine and the greens that should be mature we can harvest as baby greens. The broccoli and cauliflower that should be ripe is no where near. the giant red mustard is doing fair. I think for the first delivery tomorrow I will also cut back all of the chives and, while the sorrel is a little old, I'll harvest that and give a soup recipe.
