If you want to have a web site for farmers, have one
for farmers. If you want to have a web site for
prospective customers, have one for customers.

Mixing the two is likely to confuse the prospect
who will then go away because your web site
makes them uncertain about what you are doing.
If I wasn't sure what a farmer was up to, I would
go elsewhere. Most people do the same.

If you want prospects to download your brochure,
put it in a file format that is universal, i.e., Adobe
Acrobat. Customers get Adobe Acrobat Reader
for free and you can link them up from your site.

Having people chase down .DOC conversion
software is nuts.
