Howdy!

I'm working with deep beds in a heated glasshouse for the first time this year. March has brought fantastic growth to the overwintered arugula and tatsoi in the beds. It's all either bolted or will be by the end of today.

Not having a good sense of what spring is like in a glass house and not having either cucumbers nor tomatoes ready to go into it, I'm looking for a green that is worthwhile for planting in to the deep beds and can be harvested by the time my two week old tomatoes are ready to transplant into the beds. Mizuna comes to mind, but are there more interesting greens I can hazard this time of year?

Thanks

-Allan

Purple Rapini - a winter kale.

Summer kale and mustard - I like Magma (10" leaves) - and brocco
