This may very well be true. It is also standard practice with much of
"journalism" today since it seems like everyone has to have an agenda,
rather than really getting to the truth.

But they did not edit her words and her words were not good for organic.
Even if that was all she said, what she is saying is basically that organic
has no specific value other than the fact that people want to buy and
therefore the farmers supply it to then.
