suggest a Farmall A or C? You can still belly mount cultivators, it's
offset, and they have a working PTO (albiet t you'll need to find one with
The A is offset as is the Cob and the B. The C is not. There is also the Super A and C.

The IHC tractors did not have three point but did have their own "Fast hitch". There have been three point conversions sold over the years and many shop built versions.
