Jeff, I purchased my scales from Penn Scales. You can see them on the Web.
I have the 7inch hanging scales. They came with a grain scoop type pan. I
believe they are legal for trade. They are very accurate. It is the
Classic Three series. 20lb capacity. Good luck, Kathy
