Your local land grant university or cooperative extension should be able to
do that.
I send mine to Cornell (I live in NYS - not that you have to, BTW). I
always get full results and recommendations.
Then if I have any questions about something on the test, I just call the
local ag agent at the coop ext, and he or she explains it all.
