Its my understanding (I *don't* have the state rules in writing since I
am at least 2 or more years from trying to sell any poultry, no point in
busting a gut worrying about regs that could very well change before I
get there) that as long as I limit myself to onfarm sales I can just
process the birds using minimal equipment and common sense, have a
chiller, a plucker (not required, but only for my convenience), chlorine
wash for the gutting table, etc.
