We live in Central Texas near San Antonio. We also have coastal Bermuda and
use it as hay which we both use for our livestock and to sell.
The problem with it is it terribly invasive and it is almost impossible to
garden without massive and continuous tillage which is not particularly
compatible with bio-intensive or permaculture. One reason we have switched to
