I just realized my computer was not connected to yahoo. 
 
I have no experience with no-till with machinery; only by hand.  Farmers use a crimper and then plant with a no-till planter.  More about this on a url if you want it. 
 
Your land is too small for that so you choice is hand tools.  Use a power weed eater to cut it down and then open up a path and plant.  Like for tomatoes I open up a 6 inch circle, plant the transplant, put the wallsowater over it or a cage and walk away.
