Yes, but that super phosphate fertilizer is not the same thing as what is sold as soft rock phosphate....which is a substitute for bonemeal.....in question because of the way animals are raised and their bones harvested for the bonemeal.  <Mad Cow disease, etc>  The soft rock phosphate talked about in the previous post will be gone before too much longer. 
 
Interestingly there are two kinds of this stuff.....the soft rock phosphate.  There is the one produced in New Jersey.....and the one produced in Florida.   The one in New Jersey is not recommended for use in organic gardens.  The one produced in Florida is.
 
The triple super phosphate....and the plain old phosphate sold before it.....do damage the soil as Beck's article stated.  It is just that this stuff we are now talking about is not the same.  The chemical makeup is different.  I have seen the difference before, but it has been too long now for me to remember.  Maybe you can do the research on it, Paul.
