I hate to add this, but I know of houses that were not selling, so
they raised the price and the house sold in days. The point being
raising the price from 175K to 190K put the house in a different price
scale, so it got hit on more when people did searches. B/C of this it
sold and the people made more money. Now don't get me wrong, I am not
a fan of over paying or over inflating prices. It's just an example
of how changing the price ended up putting the house in a different
search bracket and because of that it sold.

It sounds like the house has alot of what I'm looking for, except for
location, it's on the wrong side of town :(
