I think cars are probably the most dangerous weapon in the hands of the

and 41,000 deaths are attributed to car accidents each year in this country

Good point. Because cars are so dangerous, their manufacture and use is regulated. Imagine how many more deaths there would be if people didn't need drivers licenses, and there weren't laws pertaining to their use, such as stopping at stop signs.
