These are *primaries* for judicial/school board races, no? So how does
Libertarian/Independent votes in primaries work? You can pick one or the
other (Republican/Democrat) but not both, and it's not a choice that can
be made per race?

Of course, that question doesn't apply if they're not primaries but
straight-up elections.
