It takes a lot of time and effort to get direct sources to confirm or deny any of these items. About the best you can do is get other people's research on the subject, and then you're taking their word for it.

Apparently at the time the Texas National Guard was a little relaxed about attendance.

a.. I graduated from Yale University with a low C average. Is this true? 


The New Yorker apparently has published his transcripts:

It doesn't mention his mathematical average grade, but says [he] "seemed more comfortable in the mid-70s".


No idea on all of the other questions.
