In printing, colors are achieved by combinations of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow
and Black (as opposed to the Red Green Blue combinations you're used to with
monitors & TV's).

I had 3 color, double sided cards made at http://www.printingforless.com.
It's a printing shop in Montana. I did the layout and CMYK seperations
submitted the files to their site. The owner called me to talk about some of
the shades of blue I selected, so I was impressed with the customer service.
Turn around was 2 weeks from submitting the files to recieving the finished
cards. $100 for 500 cards, the kinko's down the street quoted me in the $500
range because of the double sides & color. The paper stock isn't
lawyer-thickness-impressive but its a good stock with a feel of solidness.
