Hi Michael,
Thanks much! It seems like Bush has never been motivated to work hard on
anything--
not academics, not business, not politics. How ... inspiring ...
Hope you had a great
Christmas!

It takes a lot of time and effort to get direct sources to confirm or deny any of these items. About the best you can do is get other people's research on the subject, and then you're taking their word for it.
a.. I joined the Texas Air National Guard and went AWOL. Is this true? /smaller>/color>/fontfamily>

This is the story I keep hearing:
http://www.straightdope.com/columns/030411.html
Apparently at the time the Texas National Guard was a little relaxed about attendance.
a.. I graduated from Yale University with a low C average. Is this true? /smaller>/color>/fontfamily>
The New Yorker apparently has published his transcripts:
http://www.yaledailynews.com/article.asp?AID=2636
It doesn't mention his mathematical average grade, but says [he] "seemed more comfortable in the mid-70s".
No idea on all of the other questions.
