I would think that if you just changed from Instant Messenger to Instant
Messaging that
would easily bring you into compliance. Instant Messenger (AIM) is
Trademarked (TM)
but everyone uses the term Instant Messaging (IM) to collectively refer to the
program/action
of real time chatting (minus IRC).
